That's correct. The Rider only has 32 MB of RAM, and the 910 has 64 MB. But most of that RAM is used for the Text-To-Speech option which the Rider doesn't have anyway. The 910 is the only PND which has 64 MB of RAM anyway. You won't see any difference in real life.
In my experience, Navteq maps are no better or worse than TeleAtlas maps. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses, so they are very comparable.
