Well, after hearing Kelly "pine on" about it at the meet, how could we possibly make any kind of offer? The empeg represented her dreams of someday owning a car of her own, and now that she's actually bought a car, the uninstalled empeg represents those days gone by where her only worry was the rent payment on a tiny closet of an appartment.

Now school will be over soon, and she'll have to put her dregree to good use and get one of those Career things everyone's been talking about, and on top of that she's got a car to support with gas at $3.50 a gallon and SF insurance rates.

It's a much simpler life owning a car stereo and no car.
