You'll need a whole new header soldered on. That header looks really bad...like it was subjected to high amounts of heat or some pretty serious twisting force. I'd imagine that Stu at Eutronix could solder a new header on pretty easily, but I don't know if there's some other issue that caused your header to melt or break.
