Glad to hear it, otherwise that Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen book I bought in New Orleans a few years ago would seem a terrible sham. A less ambiguous thing for me to have said would have been "What is the UK English for the US English term 'converted rice'?" But fortunately that's the question people answered anyway.
