Crap. Yeah, that's it. it boggles my mind that it's not possible to remove that. It's just crazy to me. In my searching, it seems like there are other people who want to know as well, but nobody has any answers.

I can't believe that with all the customization you can do with Outlook. There are pretty much no options when printing.
