For the life of me, I can't find this somewhat common mark online. I see it on a number of electronic products that should not be disposed of in the trash, but haven't been able to discover who, if anyone, administers this mark, nor a source for a vector file (eps, ai, etc..)

Anyone have the information up their sleeve or better at the Google for this?
