I think posting questions to the board seems to be a great way to find things whether or not anyone else does the searching.

Just minutes after posting I stumbled upon the answer myself:

European Directive 2002/96/EC (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) specifies that logo for recycling.

A simple search for "weee logo" finds this image without fail.
