Tell me about it. My
current employer's domain name is a seven-letter non-English word (that has nothing to do with our business), then a hyphen, then a seven-letter plural word that could just as easily be non-plural. I'm pretty sure I've had phone calls where me relating my email address took longer than the rest of the phone call.
"First initial, last name at cortina dash systems dot com. That's see oh arr tee eye enn ayy dash systems, with an ess, dot com."
"Nope, charlie oscar romeo tango india november alpha."
"No, systemS, plural, with an ess at the end."
"Yeah, except with a dash in the middle. Dot com. Yep, that's it."
Not, I guess, that the dash is the biggest part of the problem. But it certainly compounds the issue.
