Don't hold your breath on this one, but a buddy at work has/had a dead Harmony (w/good LCD). I'll see if he's (1) still got it, and (2) will part with it.
His was an 880 -- stopped taking a charge. He's hanging onto it for now, though.
I did find this very useful thread for 880/890 screen problems.. sounds like there's probably someone on eBay selling replacement LCDs, maybe even for your One.
