Someone like www.cevalogistics.com would be who we've used in the past for moving loaded datacenter racks for conferances, both half heights and full heights, in keal cases. No idea on costs, but cheaper then having FedEx Freight drop it on it's side.

At the last conference there was a pallet or two of 42" LG TVs, maybe 20 or 30 of them, packed in their normal shipping boxes. I've no idea how they we're shipped, they might have been rented locally. Typically I've seen them shipped in individual rugged keal cases, which I've sure are not cheap to buy. I'm sure they are rentable, but un-likely for one way trips. Maybe a wooden crate?
