You're going to laugh, but these speakers will be going in a shower. It's a large shower, so they're unlikely to get a lot of direct water on them, but steam will definitely be an issue....
Perhaps it is possible to mount the speakers (does it have to be multiple speakers? Would monophonic be OK?) just outside the shower and aim the sound into the shower area over the door or whatever.

In-ceiling speakers are not particularly tricky. Just need to create the mounting holes and run the wiring from the openings back to the amplifier.

The actual speaker mounting hardware often includes special clips that grab the ceiling from the top side of the opening and clamp the speaker rim up against the ceiling material.
