To forestall the usual criticism, I make no claims of artistic merit for this photo, although technically it's... adequate. It's in focus, the color balance is OK, etc. By my standards, it's a snapshot, not a photograph. (This is a low-res reformat of the original.)

Clearly I did not have a 30-foot tall scaffold to stand on when I made the shot. I'm just wondering if there is some editing procedure I don't know about that can adjust the perspective in pictures like this so it will look like I was standing on a scaffold?
