Has there been any official EOL announcement from SonicBlue??? Or was this a great marketing ploy to sell a lot more empegs with a lower price point?

If it was a marketing ploy then great! I hope they keep selling empegs forever at this price point (or lower!!)

I might still be able to save up and get another one after Christmas after all!!!!
