Has anyone who ordered after 12/27/01 received a RioCar???
I ordered on the 27th
I hope not as I am getting more and more frustrated that people keep saying they are getting their units.
Customer Service is not much of help and my status stays at "Has product pending shipment".
I was told that this guarantees nothing by SB customer Serv.

I understand of course if I placed my order and all remaining units were already allocated.
But if I miss mine and others get shipped after my order date, then I will be upset.
How much time does it take a warehouse to ship a few hundred orders on one product? Seems to me SB should be able to determine which orders will go and which were placed too late within a few hours.

Can any of the original Empeg guys persuade the SB folks to "at least" figure this out and send out an E-mail to all the orderee's to either confirm or deny?
It would help all the frustrated people on this board…. that is for sure.
I know SB does not do this normally, but I think the oddity of this whole (in stock \ out of stock \ Has product pending shipment) stuff constitutes an explanation from SB.

They can\should do better than this.
