I had an order placed for a 10 gig on the 27th. It did NOT ship, but a friend's order for a 10 gig on the 28th DID ship. I called and bitched, and they said that they'd look into it. (File a form which would be given to the cust. supp. rep's manager on Monday)

Since then, my 10g status has gone from "has products pending shipment" to "pending shipment" -- a move in the wrong direction. They customer support guy was like.."can't do anything about it until monday... we have no contact with the warehouse"

Quite a crappy system. Good thing this is the only and last thing I'm getting from them!
