Nope, it's not normal for the unit to stay on. Mine has only done this once. And I wasn't running Hijack yet. Try it again. Then move this discussion over to the bugs section for some more help - or the programming section if you can prove it's hijack's fault.

You can make sure by putting back the regular 2.0b7 kernel, testing and then trying Hijack again (175 is the latest version - havent used that one in the car yet)
