No, there is no way to individually select multiple results of a search. You just have to hit it and do next-track to find the one you wanted.

That's why I often specify alternate versions when tagging my files:

Closer to the Heart
Closer to the Heart (Live)
Closer to the Heart (Live, DS)

(etc...)
