Is that for real??? If so, that is just sick. Not funny. I'm sorry if this is a parody site, and I'm just not getting it, but that is very very disturbing. Even if those are posed, that's total crap. 212 area code? Is that New York?

EDIT: looking at it more, it seems to be a parody, but that still isn't funny. I'm not upset at anyone posting it - just the creators.
