Why would photoshopped kiddie porn not be okay? The laws preventing child pornography should be concerned with preventing abuse to children, not mandating morality. Now, I'll give you that the feasibility of actually producing faked child pornography without the use of a naked child is slim, but that doesn't mean that such things should be illegal if they were possible.
