03:05 is kernel-speak for /dev/hda5, which you may notice is missing from the partition check line for hda -- hda5 and hda6 should normally appear between the angle brackets < >.
So this would imply a corrupt or improperly constructed boot sector (partition table) on the drive.
If your two drives are 100% identical, and were both
properly made with the same version of player software/upgrade/whatever, then you might be able to fix it by simply copying the boot sector from the second drive (hdb) to the first drive (hda).
I will not include instructions here for that, lest too many fools blow away their music collections.

EDIT: your two drive are NOT 100% identical.. did you bugger it up the master/slave or drive to drive copies?
