Speaking of pro-Napster bands, check out The Get Up Kids, a not-really-all-that-obscure, but, IMHO, top-notch, emo band. Unlike many of their contemporaries in the emo scene, they seem to actually bother writing melodies and tunes, instead of just having boring music underneath their ``poems''. And they tend to rock a little more, too.
