What is the difference, if any, between your Travelstar 40GN 40GB drive and this"40GB 9.5MM IDE IBM IC25N040ATCS04 CASCADE"?

I just did some research for you. According to IBM... IC25N040ATCS04 is their part number for the 40GN series drive. Since the drive I am selling is the "40GN" series, I will have to assume they are one and the same. There is always a possibility that someone else is selling a different package that would include adapters or cables, but the one I am selling is a BARE-BONES drive. That means, you just get the drive and some nice anti-static packing.
