I just tried to change the position of a playlist but I didn't find out how.

Is there a way to change the pos? Or is this depending on when you created it?

Sorry if I've just not looked good enough or if this has been covered here...

First, in Emplode, sort by position (click on the "Position" column header).

Then, in the right-hand pane, drag the song or playlist up and down in the list.

Note: This changes the "play order" but the playlists themselves are still listed alphabetically in the Empeg's user interface.

I've seen that yesterday in the evening.

The only thing needing getting used to it is to find some special song. After 2 days my 12 Gig Mk2 is totally full now. (By the way: Never had problems with syncing till now - Well one time my WinNT crashed - but it already did before installing emplode so I'm not too concerned about that. It's Microsoft )

And now as there are so many songs on the Mk2 and some trees of the playlist are quite large I think I have to rethink my structure. Well - I'm just not used to such amounts of available music

Whenever I take a look at emplode what songs are on the player I'm totally impressed. It's still unbelieveable that most of my CD's are on that tiny thing.

Which is best done via the search-by-title feature rather than browsing the playlist structure.

Yeah, but the beauty of it is that it's so easy to change the playlists once they're in Emplode. Even with 12 gigs worth of songs, it's pretty simple to just drag the stuff around.
