I have had my empeg for less than 6 hours (works great), and the pup has already eaten the remote. BTW - she thinks its great too. So I need to order a case of replacement remotes apparently. While trying to order one I get errors from the web site. I have seen this before, but I cant get through at all tonight. Any Ideas?

ALSO - I just notices the accessories link describes the ability to order the tuner (for future delivery), but it is not listed on the accessories page. Just a minor problem - would rather you work on the getting the tuners out than the web site any day...

The store has been busy over the last few days, so there shouldn't be any problem. Make sure you have cookies and Javascript enabled. I've also heard that the Linux version of Netscape goes belly up quite often (so nothing out of the ordinary there then).
