I finally got my player installed in my cadillac this week and now I have a strange issue. When ever the player is off for more than 30 seconds or more, when I reboot it (in the car only) it changes from Info: track mode, to what ever the last Visual mode was. I have made sure that auto change visual is turned off, but it still does it every time I reboot. I don't have this issue at home. Any ideas? And yes I just updated all the softwear first before I came here to ask you guys, and yes I checked the FAQ. If I missed it in there please slap me and send me back to FAQ land. -Lane-

Do you have Hijack installed?

If so, have you set "Restore DC (car) Visuals"?

The FAQ covers the opposite situation. Everyone wants the visuals to come back *on* when in the car.

Thanks Tony, I read that one, but like you pointed out, this situation is the opposite, I kind of thought what mine was doing was impossible. though it is doing just that, and very well

So you've turned off the "Restore DC/Car Visuals" in the Hijack menu and it's working now, right?
