Not trying to be a brat but I haven't heard a thing from car support for 3-4 weeks. I broken my handle and have sent them three emails (two in the first couple of days and then a third one two weeks afterwards since I still haven't heard a thing).

Any possible updates on their status? Back-log? It's frustrating to not have an operable handle.

Heck, if anyone else has a spare, let me know. I'm not picky. I might start trying to fabricate my own in the next week - but I don't expect decent results with a dremel tool.
