Så. I'm trying to make some plans for this summer. Are we settled on some of the detail:
- When? This is 4.-6 july?
- When? Will there be a program for the entire day all of the days?
- Who? Is there anywhere a form to say "yes, I'm comming"?

The weekend is indeed the 4th/5th/6th July.

As yet there is no program available, but it will roughly follow the same pattern as previous events - meet up on the Friday with a visit to a restaurant (Ribs!!!), a full program of competitions and events on the Saturday, and then a half day on the Sunday (a treasure hunt) before people start departing.

There'll be a website coming soon to allow bookings and to reserve hotel rooms, but don't count on it being this week!
