If you've seen it, you'll know the Ad I'm talking about. It's being shown in Europe, but not in the US. Anyone seen any mpeg versions anywhere?

I've got a quicktime version and a flash version, both are fairly low quality and play back kind of jerky...

I have made a high quality 20mb file if this is any use? I can cut it down a lot more though. You still need it?

Edit: got it down to 6.5MB at 300kbps, or a better 9.6MB. Depends what you want to do with it I suppose. Let me know if you want it.

What are you using for compression? I never seem to be able to compress my videos far enough while maintaining any type of decent quality, at least not as much as I see others.

I extracted the chapters using Smart Ripper and then used dvd2avi to get the wav and d2v files. I then put those files into TMPGEnc and choose my kbps. Works very well.

Zeke had a 12MB .mov file which appears to be a pretty good capture. I'd still be interested in seeing if the 20MB file is better though. I doubt it'd get through the email system though. Do you have a website you could stick it on?

That's weird, I never did get that DVD from Honda, maybe they felt I was undeserving of it. Shame, I liked the Civic type R, suppose I'll get a clio 172 instead. Renault seem much more keen to sell me a car

Also, they seem to have been handing out offers of test drives on Type R's willy-nilly to people who ordered the DVD and the Type-R brochure.
