I am looking to buy a replacement power window switch for my 1997 Sunfire, but I don't want to buy it from a dealer. Are there any other cheap places to buy them?

Except for you said ``new'', I'd go to a junkyard.

Try www.rockauto.com. I have found many parts at great prices.

I am looking to buy a replacement power window switch for my 1997 Sunfire

A search on eBay for power window switch turned up nearly 200 hits -- almost certainly some of them will work in a 1997 Sunfire, as manufacturers tend to use common switches across different product lines.
