Not done yet, this is just a teaser.

You tell it a frequency to monitor and (while you're in the player) it will pop up a message if that frequency becomes receivable.

Things that need to be done:
-kernel patch to allow tuning to be done from userland (half done; I need to write the proc glue)
-figuring out when the tuner has been selected so we can stop monitoring
-figuring out if I want to do something elaborate where you can choose something from the hijack menu to change the frequency but it always monitors when you're not in tuner mode, or just keep it simple.
