Is anybody going to CES this year? I had a good time last year, but I'm not sure if It's worth the drive again. An empeg meet might just tip the balance.

An empeg meet is what will tip the balance for me as well. We should hang out more this time. Maybe all play some blackjack together or hit a buffet or two...

I'm thinking about going this year, never gone to CES before. In theory, I should be on my new work schedule, so it wouldn't even cut into much of my vacation time next year.

I'll be there for sure, no empeg in my car currently, but a nice AV jukebox to show off.

i'll be there again. a bunch of folks met up last year, but i was heading home by the time the meeting got arranged. love to meet up this year.

OK, I will book a flight and room for CES. It's not really a big deal for me since I have to be in Anaheim on that monday after CES, so I will already be out that way.

I will probably get a flight that comes in Friday night, so a Saturday or Sunday meet would be great.

Argh, this is what I get for not looking at the dates. Didn't know it ran Thursday-Sunday. My new schedule will probably be Saturday-Monday, 12 hour shifts, so I'd have to either come home early, or take a decent chunk out of my vacation time.

Guess I will decide what I want to do next year and plan it out soon.

Planning on it yet again....I think this'll be my 15th. Looking forward to another mini-meet, I'll probably drive again this year.
