Very impressed with the delivery. Can't remember when I ordered my smoke lens, but it wasn't very long ago and it arrived today. Nicely packaged (in what appears to be greetings card shop display markers) with the lens protected from scratches by packing tape stuff on each side.

Only gripe is that the right-hand screw holes are not aligned correctly meaning when I do the screws up it makes 2 of the four buttons stick.

Anyone else seen this problem? Anyone know a quick fix? I've mailed filener directly as well to see if they can help me out.

I had the same problem.
I increased the diameter of the four mount-holes a little bit with a round file.
After this little correction the lenses fit exactly.
Even so I'm satisfied with the lenses.
Good job Mach

Had a reply from Bruce already! Top service...

I'm going to try and enlarge the holes slightly.

Just thinking - coolblue, do you have a RioCar (empeg 2a)? I was wondering if something changed on the later versions to cause these fitment problems?

Ehh, I can't take any credit for them. Bruce is the guy who is making them. He's laserbeam on the board but I've not seen him post much.

The problem has happened previously. Bruce has a player that he is testing against and the CAD file was sized against an original lens so I can only chalk it up to variability in the players. All that being said, Bruce is a great guy and has been exceptional in resolving problems as they come up.

Mine is doing it too... in fact, one of my lenses cracked (not visible installed) just from tightening the screws... Now when the unit gets warm, the down button sticks (on the lens that hasn't cracked)...

I have a Mk2
I ordered the lenses directly after the attach of the official website.

I measured also the dimmension for my housing project.
I got a value of 154mm between the mounting holes.
My lenses I got from filener have a bit smaller distance between the holes.
Because of this tight fit it's possible that the lenses doesn't fit in some players exactly.
I aggrandise the right holes a little bit to the right.
