That probably would have been the old support address. I have no clue what is up there, but from what I have seen there is no automated response from Rob S. But rather an email when your "support number is up" so to speak. If you haven't already, just send one email to Rob S at
[email protected] then wait. There is no specified time, so please be patient with it.
