As stated in another post, I have tried hardcoding an IP on my EMPEG. Now, I am trying to switch it back to just using DHCP. So, I load up EMPLODE, set the network config back to Automatic, clear out all the IP information (blanks), and then synch.

When I go into About on the EMPEG, it still says it has the IP that I gave it and DHCP: None. I have to turn it off and back on before it clears (IP: None and DHCP: None). Perhaps EMPLODE needs to say this after the user changes the Network configuration? I say this because it is possible to release and renew IP addresses using DHCP without shutting down a PC and so I was expecting the IP to be cleared.
