I've searched around for this wish, but cannee find it so here it is:

I would love to be able to move tracks up and down the playlist order, like in winamp, I guess this may be in 1.1, which I hope it is. But if not could you add it please, I'd like to have the following options available:

1. Move up
2. Move to Top
3. Move Down
4. Move to Bottom

That would be great ;)

You can move the tracks up and down in the playlist order just by dragging them.

First, view/details, then sort by "position" by clicking on the "position" column header.

After that, you can drag up and down to your heart's content.
