It just happens. Sometimes the players get stuck in customs. The Empeg folks are very good about taking care of these problems- trust me, they will take care of it. The only reason the Empeg folks aren't on top of it at this very instant is because it's late at night on a Friday in England right now. E-mail [email protected] and someone will help you out. They might not be able to do anything until Monday, but rest assured that they'll get it taken care of first thing Monday morning. If you're lucky, they might be able to do something over the weekend, but don't count on it.

im relaxed always. I just hate when fedex lies to me. Also, I never got a confirmation so I got scared . Now IM on with fedex and going to request they credit empeg for losing the papers they sent ahead of time. Hopefully Ill get that credited in the end run!

fedex wants alot. fcc, fda, invoice, radiation. blah blah blah. damn what a hassle!

Yeah, just wait til you get the $30 bill a few weeks later. yeesh.

That is what they wanted for my player. And I know that empeg sent the correct forms to them. It just turns out to be the un-luck of the draw on which players they detain. It pissed me off because I had to wait until tuesday for my player when I should have gotten it friday.

How long after you received the empeg did you get the bill? I recently bought a second sled and have not gotten a bill for that and wondered what the time frame is.
