I'm a new board member, but have had a Dell Receiver for about a year (and fingers crossed, we'll get a software update for it soon!).

Got a mailing today from TigerDirect - they're selling the Rio Receiver for $99, with no tax (unless you're in FL, NC or IL ) although shipping is fairly high - $13.63 to Los Angeles via UPS Ground, $18.76 if you ship two at the same time).

The link is:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?sku=m975-1036&SRCCODE=WEBE20116c

(Sorry - no idea how to linkify it).

I've bought stuff in the past from them without incident, but some people have had trouble with their customer service according to posts in other forums I've frequented over the years. Their rating at ResellerRatings.com is poor but the one at Bizrate.com is high so take your pick.

For those international folks that have had trouble getting hold of them, it looks like they will take international orders, but only by phone, according to:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/sectors/Help/international.asp

I hope this is of use to someone.

- Gary

Note: I have no connection with Tiger Direct other than as a customer.

I've just ordered 2 with shipping going to our US office (pick them up next time I'm there) using a UK credit card so a shipping redirecting service should work.

Tiger Direct has these in stock again for $99. To find it, you have to use the SKU on their express lane option. The SKU is m975-1036. The nice thing is that it also comes with the HPNA card.

Guess you have to be real quick, although listed on the Web site I called Scott at Tiger and he says out of stock, next shipment next month.

I'm a bit new here. Just picked up my first Rio Receiver. Tried to snag one from Tiger Direct "while supplies last" only to find out they were out. Turns out they only had 3 left with no plans to restock.
