The sales mailbox is up to date - there hasn't been a backlog since Andrew started about two months ago. Ditto info and support - these should all be completely up to date.
My personal mailbox is a different matter - I think there are about 600 emails in there at the moment that I don't much feel like replying to, but anything I get from customers that specifically for me I forward on to info, support or sales so there shouldn't be a problem there.
