I just got a couple Sonicblue receivers (I believe they are just rebadged Dells) and tried to load up the netcat stuff described on reza.net and the dev-fs-image from mock.com. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. Note I am using JReceiver 0.2.4 on Redhat 7.2 and can boot/play music fine with the standard .arf contents.

When I turn the receiver on, the standard RIO splash comes up as it looks for the music server. After some time (minutes) that splash is replaced with a DELL "initializing..." splash. Nothing much happens after that.

Basically I want to start hacking some stuff and so want the netcat/bash facilities. Also, I noticed that Mock's prebuilt tool chain is no longer on the ftp site. Any ideas where I can get it?

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
