Hi

I recently got a Dell Audio Receiver, cd was missing and I need to get the 1.04 software. The Dell has the logo Rio on it on bootup and I can see the device in 1.03 ARM but it does not seem to ever see the Service.

Can anyone help? I am really desperate.

I'm currently struggling with a rebadged Dell unit as well. The server seems to give an ip address, but the player ends at an info screen. Is this what you guys were seeing with 1.03? I haven't been able to aquire 1.04 yet, but have replaced my receiver.arf file with the one from trio.sourceforge.net.

I have set my interface to 10half, and took the switch out of the loop with a crossover cable. I've also watched the dhcp conversation in ethereal, but admit that I am not that strong at reading packet logs. If anyone has any ideas or can sftp me the receiver.arf I would really appreciate some help.

if your using the stock Receiver server from Rio, then it needs to be at 1.04 for the re-badged Dells. The receiver.arf is just the client software.

I'm having the same problems. I'm using 1.04. The computer sees the receiver and I can click on it. I can not send music to it. The recevier has an IP address assigned to it from the router. The screen on the recevier just shows the IP address info. I've powered down everything and powered everything back up and still nothing. Help?
