It looks like he may have just gotten things mixed up. My player was shipped in a case (I thought he did it because I ordered a bare player and it was something easy to ship it in). I just Googled some images and it looks like he shipped my Dock to you and your Case to me. If you want, it might be easier to just trade. It seems you don't have much desire for the case and I'm not really dying for the dock. I could probably get some use out of the case when I DJ with the empeg.
Just let me know. Too bad he didn't ship me your remotes and power supply, then i could send those to you and we'd be all set!

lol, Yes I am still waiting on the two remotes, lenses, ac adapter. He told me me he was going to send them when he got back from his week vaca in Canada. But that was two months ago. I would love to have the remotes.

I don't know about other people, but I never actually ended up donating him money. I did Paypal him $50, but it was returned after a month because Paypal reversed the payment as he hadn't collected it.

Wow, people sent him money and he never claimed it? Maybe that Powerbook is sitting on his desk and he's not motivated enough to put it in a box and mail it.
Seriously though, I've known people where: The more you tell them to do something, the less they do it. Some even get downright belligerent, shouting back empty reasons why they shouldn't do what is so clearly their responsibility. I've never figured out how to deal with this situation.

I sort of pegged him as that type... but I dunno... he was pretty much a kid driving around in a supped up way to pricey for him Beamer. Seemed like a nice dood though. Laziness was always his excuse for the other situation he got in here when I asked him about it.
