I haven't been to mapsonus in a while and havent used my gps in a while. Im planning on taking a trip this weekend and went to load up the route to gpsapp but I cant find the raw route data on mapsonus. It looks like they've changed the layout of things. Am I just not looking in the right place or did they get rid of this feature?

No, the feature still exists. You must sign on with your username and password to have the feature, and in the "Settings" screen the "Show Latitude & Longitude" box must be checked. Then the raw route data link is available at the bottom of your route.
