So I just bought a new Toshiba P25-S526 and I have to put way too much pressure on the spacebar so it will work, and mostly in the center of it. This just is notgoing to fly with me in the long run. I have no experience fixing laptops and I don't want to bring it back to CompUSA and have them try to fix it just yet.

Any ideas?

You should be able to pop the key cap off. The space bar is usually more hassle as there is a metal bar or spring attached to it usually. Best to take it back though if you don't know what you're doing as you don't want to break it!
