Following one of my potential molding companies offering to make buttons in flat (non-translucent?) black, I'm interested in asking other companies if they have this color available. Flat black buttons (yes, and knobs) might give the empeg a more continuous, blended, "stealthy" look. But, only if they match the fascia very well.

Does anyone have a broken fascia or a part of one (or a sample of plastic that very well matches the fascia) that I could buy from them? I'd use it to cut up and send to plastic molding companies in order to color match the (potential) black buttons to the fascia.

Darn, what ever happened to that box of scrap fascias that failed the manufacturing process. Wish I could just reach through the screen and grab a few (and grab that steel fascia tool too!!!).
