Hi,

I had my emoeg installed last week. When I played with it before, I was able to turn on various visuals. Now, it only displays the static track information, and even trying to select different visuals with the menus doesn't give any results. Any clues,

TIA,
N

Try changing the info mode to Off or Line. You can also just use the DNPP button on the remote to cycle through the visuals, and the CD-MD-CH button to cycle info modes.

From the main menu, go into the "Info" menu and select either "Line" or "None".

You can also toggle between the info/none screens by pressing and holding the bottom button on the faceplate.

You can cycle through the various info screen modes by pressing the CD-MD-CH button on the remote control.

It will default back to the track info screen whenever you put the unit in the car, check the FAQ section of this BBS for more information on why it does this.

Many new users seem to be confused by the state of visuals when in the car, this is understandable. Pressing and holding the bottom button will restore the visuals when in the car - Future releases of software will also restore the visuals if the user selects a visual through the menus.

I was gonna ask for that one.
