Hi,

I didn't get much feedback from a previous post; here goes again. I have an installed 60gb (original) MK2 with original tuner in my nissan pathfinder. Getting kind of tired of having to disassemble the dash to pull out the unit so i can change tunes. Also, I'm in a section of Georgia outside of great radio station coverage and in my opinion the tuner module has always been rather weak when compared to traditional OEM and aftermarket radios. I'd like to sell the unit, then purchase a kenwood head unit and keg as a replacement. Since these things were $2500 at one time(though i paid about $500-$600 with the tuner) I figured there might still be a demand for these at a reasonable price. Anyone interested? What's the "fair market value" of these on ebay, here, etc?

With the tuner included, I'd say it's worth about what you paid for it. $500-$600.

A friend of mine recently bought a 22GB MK2a with tuner, original empeg bag, 4 lenses and a couple of extra bits for $550. The $500 area seems about average for a comptete set of Mk2a and tuner these days. The drive space isn't much of a selling point unless you have 100GB or more I'd say.

I'd be interested in the unit if you're interested in selling it.
