I haven't had any problems with Verizon although to be honest I rarely use it. I use my MSN account as my primary email.

I have Verizon, and they are my primary email. There have been a few instances where inbound mail vanishes or never arrives. It is vaguely annoying because there is no way to find out if you have missed something or not.
