Greetings to the empeg bbs. I am considering an empeg myself and have found the bbs to be very informative.

With the transition to Sonic Blue, I understood that sales was being relocated to the U.S. I wondered what impact this would have on importing the empeg into Canada. Unfortunately, my e-mail to [email protected] on January 15th has gone unanswered. Perhaps this is a bad time to by an empeg. Will the Rio-branded units ship from the U.S.? Is there a turnover period? Is there a new e-mail address for enquiries?

There's no outstanding email in the sales mailbox - it is entirely up to date by 1pm every weekday. The problem must be elsewhere (your email didn't make it to empeg or the reply didn't make it to you).

We're trying to move sales to the US as quickly as possible, but I suspect that the UK store will be the only source for a few more weeks. Shipping to Canada usually takes two days.
