I have a dual drive MkI - works great!

And after installing my stuff and rebooting the player, you can run Emplode and all your songs are still there, both drives' worth?

I just want to make sure that the Mount commands in my init are working properly for all types of players.

Yup, yup and yup.

Emplode reports 2985 of 25774 MB available (gotta start thinking about upgrading...)
just as before (10+18G disk), emplode sees songs I know are on hda as
well as hdc in emplode and on the player I still get all 5540 songs in
the 'global' playlist.

No problems at all, after I upped the picker time-out...

Was the picker time-out alteration simply a personal preference for you, or was there really a problem with the value I supplied? I'm pretty happy with the short timeout that I put into my file.

Anyway, thanks everyone for testing it, I'm going to publicly post the file in a new thread now.

I'm not sure, but sometimes it would more or less just pause briefly,
~1 sec, before continuing, at other times it'd pause ~3 sec - but never
as long as the stated 5 seconds...

I upped the value in the file to 10 and now the behaviour is saner,
ie. allowing me a fair chance to make a choice, but I haven't timed
how long the delays are now...
