Not bad just coming fresh off the couch. I highly recommend this setup ... if you don't have an iPod Nano already you'll have some steep initial investments, but it's worth it. It's very motivating. morrisdl enthusiast Registered: 21/08/2000 Posts: 346 Loc: Rochester, NY USA	The Ipod nano's go for US$150-250 The integration kit costs US$29 The nike sneakers are US$99 I have seen pictures of folks cutting a hole in old sneakers for the chip or using various methods of attaching it the lasses and getting good results. I am up to 11 runs and 75 miles on this combo.
